WHY HLL EXISTS
Extending Healthspan & Lifespan
Modern healthcare excels at treating illness once it becomes apparent. But two important gaps remain: seeing meaningful risk earlier and bringing the pieces of your health together.
Many health risks can develop quietly while you still feel well. In fact, high-performing individuals are often told they are “fine” until something changes abruptly.
At the same time, more tests, specialists, and medical information do not necessarily create a clear picture of what matters or what should happen next.
HealthSpan Longevity Living was created to address both of these gaps: looking deeper for meaningful risk while there may still be greater opportunity to act, and bringing the relevant pieces of your health together into one physician-led strategy.
Our Mission
To extend healthspan, not just lifespan, so you can live longer, stronger, and with greater independence.

WHY SUCCESSFUL PEOPLE CHOOSE HLL
Better Health for the Life They’ve Built
HLL clients have spent decades building successful lives. They want the health, mental sharpness, and physical capacity to continue living their lives fully.
For them, healthspan matters as much as lifespan: the ability to remain active, capable, and engaged throughout the years ahead.
They choose HLL because they value a physician relationship designed around that goal: earlier insight, direct access, and coordinated care guided by a physician who knows their health over time.
WHY CHOOSE HLL
MEET DR. DARREL COLLINS
Bringing Two Decades of Cardiology Experience to Longevity Medicine in Atlanta
After more than 20 years in clinical cardiology, I have seen too many patients after disease had already taken hold. I founded HealthSpan Longevity Living to bring that same depth of medical expertise to an earlier point when there is greater opportunity to understand risk, make informed decisions, and influence the years ahead.
Today, I combine advanced diagnostics with clinical judgment and an evidence-based approach to help members protect their healthspan through the years ahead, so they remain vital, capable, and independent.

THE HLL APPROACH
Five Pillars for a Longer, Healthier Life
HealthSpan Longevity Living brings advanced medicine, prevention, performance, and lifestyle together in one physician-led strategy. Dr. Collins interprets the complete picture, determines what matters, and guides an approach designed to evolve with your health over time.
- PRECISION DIAGNOSTICS: See the complete picture. Advanced biomarkers, imaging, genomics, and other clinically appropriate diagnostics provide a deeper understanding of your health and potential risks.
- EARLY DETECTION: Find risk earlier. Look beyond symptoms and routine screening to identify meaningful risks at an earlier, more actionable stage.
- PERFORMANCE OPTIMIZATION: Preserve your capacity. Support the energy, cognition, strength, fitness, and resilience needed to remain active, capable, and engaged.
- LIFESTYLE ARCHITECTURE: Make the strategy livable. Translate medical insight into sustainable approaches to nutrition, exercise, sleep, recovery, and other factors that influence long-term health.
- CONTINUOUS REASSESSMENT: Evolve as your health evolves. Track meaningful changes over time, measure progress, and refine the strategy as your health, goals, and priorities change.

One integrated approach. One physician guiding the whole picture.

THE VALUE OF KNOWING EARLIER
You Feel Healthy. The Question Is What You Don’t Yet Know.
You may exercise, eat well, stay active, and receive a reassuring physical every year. You may also notice that your energy, recovery, stamina, or mental sharpness are not quite what they were ten years ago.
The greater concern is what you cannot feel.
Important threats to cardiovascular health, metabolic health, cognition, and long-term physical function can develop quietly for years before they become obvious in everyday life.
By the time symptoms appear, something that seems sudden may have been developing for much longer.
And what is at stake is not simply your health. It is your ability to keep leading, thinking clearly, traveling, staying independent, and being fully present for the people who matter most.
That is the value of looking earlier: understanding what can reasonably be known today, while there may still be greater opportunity to act.
The best time to understand where you stand is while you still feel well.
